1. Eligibility

Applicants must be enrolled in or recently graduated from a recognised educational institution in India. Minimum age is 16 years. Applicants under 18 require parental or guardian consent.

2. Application & Selection

Submission does not guarantee selection. Rainec Spot Agency may accept or reject any application at its sole discretion. Providing false, misleading, or forged information will result in immediate disqualification and may lead to legal action under applicable Indian laws.

3. Aadhaar Verification Policy

Applicants must upload their Aadhaar card (front side) and enter the exact 12-digit number. The number is cross-verified against the uploaded card image using OCR. Any mismatch is treated as a false declaration and will disqualify the application. Aadhaar numbers are never stored on our servers. Complies with UIDAI regulations and Aadhaar Act, 2016.

4. reCAPTCHA & Security

Our forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA v2 to prevent bot submissions and automated attacks. Any attempt to bypass security features may result in legal action under the IT Act, 2000.

5. Internship Terms

• Duration: 3 to 6 months as specified in the offer letter.
• Minimum commitment: 15 hours per week.
• Stipend (if applicable) is performance-based and not guaranteed employment.
• Interns must maintain professional conduct, confidentiality, and punctuality.
• Either party may terminate with 7 days written notice via email.

6. Intern ID Policy

An Intern ID is auto-generated upon form submission. This ID remains inactive until the applicant is formally selected and an offer letter is issued. The ID must not be used for any purpose before activation.

7. Certificate Policy

A verified certificate signed by both founders will be issued only upon successful completion of the internship per the offer letter terms. Certificates include a unique verifiable ID and QR code, are non-transferable, and may not be altered.

8. Intellectual Property

All work produced during the internship is the exclusive intellectual property of Rainec Spot Agency unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer letter.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra, India.

1. Information We Collect

• Personal details: Name, email, phone, date of birth, city, gender.
• Education: School/college name, board, course, year, CGPA.
• Government ID: Aadhaar card image for cross-verification only. The 12-digit number is used for matching and never stored.
• Profile photo and professional details: portfolio, skills, motivation.
• Technical data: reCAPTCHA data processed by Google to confirm you are human.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To process and evaluate your internship application.
• To perform Aadhaar cross-verification (entered number vs uploaded card OCR).
• To auto-generate and manage your unique Intern ID and profile.
• To issue verified certificates upon internship completion.
• To communicate about your application status.

3. Data Storage & Security

All data is transmitted via 256-bit HTTPS/TLS encryption. Submissions are processed through Formspree. Aadhaar numbers are never stored. Data handling complies with IT Act 2000, Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, and Aadhaar Act 2016.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Data may be accessed by authorised Rainec Spot Agency personnel for application review only.

5. Data Retention

Application data is retained for up to 12 months. You may request deletion at any time. Selected candidates' data is retained for 2 years post-internship for certificate verification.

6. Your Rights

• Right to access, correct, or delete your data.
• Right to withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
